We recommend that you login to your SMART VALOR account and change your password as soon as your email has been compromised. To learn about how to change your password, see How do I change my password?
If you have not yet set up 2FA on your account, please do. Once you have changed both the password and set up 2FA, click on the Help button at the bottom right of the platform webpage. Now choose Change email address, fill and submit the form. A customer service executive shall contact you with further information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The requests for change of email addresses are followed by a 24 hours freeze of all operations on the platform. You will be required to redo Additional Information and ID/Person Verification.
