Provided you have 2FA enabled, please make sure that you enter the code displayed on the Authenticator App correctly. If this still does not work, it may be because the time correction for codes on the Authenticator App is not properly synced. In order to sync the time correction:


For Android



  1. Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Time correction for codes and

  4. Click Sync Now


Then:



  1. Go to phone Settings

  2. Additional settings / General settings / System depending on the phone

  3. Click Date and Time

  4. Enable Automatic date and time

  5. If already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and enable it again


For IOS



  1. Go to your phone Settings

  2. Click General

  3. Click Date & Time

  4. Enable Set Automatically

  5. If already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and enable it again


If you have lost your Authenticator App access, contact SMART VALOR support (support@smartvalor.io) to reset it.
