In order to get your SMART VALOR account verified, you are required to upload the following documents:
- A valid government issued ID
This may include one of the following based on your country of residence or citizenship.
2. Driver's license
3. National ID
In addition to one of the above documents, you would be asked to perform a biometric liveness check to ensure the legibility of your upload.
- Proof of Address
A proof of address with the same address as that entered for "Personal Information" is required. This should be a full-page scan and no less than 3 months old. Please make sure a name, address and date are displayed on the document you provide. P.O Box without a name is not accepted. Word documents are invalid as well.
You may upload any of the following documents for Proof of Address:
o Utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) issued within the last three months
o Local authority council tax bill for the current council tax year
o Current driving license (but only if not used for the name evidence)
o Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement or passbook dated within the last three months
o Original mortgage statement from a recognized lender issued for the last full year
o Solicitors letter within the last three months confirming recent house purchase or land registry confirmation of address
o Electoral Register entry
