Your SMART VALOR account must be verified in order to receive your VALOR token allocation and to use the platform for brokerage and trading. Login to your SMART VALOR account and navigate to your `DASHBOARD`. To be fully verified, you have to submit the following forms:
1. Personal Information
Here, you are required to give basic information about yourself. This includes your name, address, country of residence, citizenship and phone number.
2. Additional Information
You are required to provide information to perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. This is to prove that you are who you claim to be and not participating on behalf of someone or indulged in fraud. You will be asked to upload a proof of address during this step. The following documents are valid proofs of address:
o Utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) issued within the last three months
o Local authority council tax bill for the current council tax year
o Current driving license (but only if not used for the name evidence)
o Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement or passbook dated within the last three months
o Original mortgage statement from a recognized lender issued for the last full year
o Solicitors letter within the last three months confirming recent house purchase or land registry confirmation of address
o Electoral Register entry
3. ID/Person Verification
During the last step, you are required to verify your identity. It is important that you have a government-issued ID document ready during this step. This document should not be the same as the document used for Additional Information. This is followed by a liveness-test to cross-check your identity with your ID document.
