SMART VALOR allows you to change your email and password at any time you need to. This is performed in the Settings page of your account.

 

How to change my email?

 

In order to change the email of your account you need to perform the following steps:

  • Log into your account and navigate to the Profile settings page. ( This can be found at the top-right corner of the dashboard)

  • Navigate to Settings > Security

  • Under Change Email provide your new email and click on the “Update Email“ button

  • Follow the instructions that the platform provides
    (If you have not enabled your 2FA you need to do this step before being able to update your email)

  • Enter your account password and 2FA

 

How to change my password?

 

In order to change your password you need to perform the following steps:

  • Log into your account and navigate to the Profile settings page. ( This can be found at the top-right corner of the dashboard)

  • Navigate to Settings > Security

  • Under Change Password click on the “Change Password“ button

  • Follow the instructions that you receive in your email
